Our doctors see patients by appointment. So that you can be given better service, when you call for an appointment, please tell the receptionist something about the purpose of your child's visit. (Is it a brief illness? Or is the visit for a checkup? Or a problem?) Also, when you call the clinic or come in for a visit, please give the receptionist your child's clinic record number. This helps us give you better service. If you want your doctor to see more than one of your children, please make an appointment for each child. If something happens so that you cannot keep your appointment, please call 24 hours in advance to cancel your appointment. A missed appointment prevents another child from being seen. If time is critical to your schedule, please take into consideration that there may be a wait. We make every attempt to honor your appointment, for we appreciate the value of your time. Occasionally, this is impossible due to the nature of our specialty. However, we will offer you the option of rescheduling or seeing another doctor if the delay is to be too long.
