At the Children's Clinic we participate in a wide range of traditional and managed care insurance plans. Please check with your insurance provider prior to your appointment in order to take full advantage of your coverage; many plans require pre-authorization and/or that you make a co-payment at your visit. Your insurance company, as well as our office, can inform you of which physicians are covered under your plan.
We are happy to file all insurance claims as a courtesy to you. We cannot, however, accept the responsibility of negotiating claims with insurance companies. The patient, not the insurance company, is responsible for payment of his or her medical care within a reasonable time. Your account is due as soon as the service is rendered and becomes past due as soon as the service is rendered and becomes past due after 60 days.
For your convenience, the Children’s Clinic accepts several forms of payment including: cash, checks and most major credit cards.
We do no accept UnitedHealthcare Core, Navigate, Compass, Compass Plus, Humana, BlueCross Network E, Amerigroup, AmeriChoice, Cigna CONNECT & Cigna SUREFIT.
