Provider of the Week: David L. Self M.D. FAAP

Dr. Self is originally from Brentwood, Tenn. He attended David Lipscomb College and has a bachelor’s in Biology. He attended ETSU – Quillen College of Medicine in Johnson City, Tenn., and he received his Doctor of Medicine Degree in 1991. He completed his three years of pediatric residency at Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Ga., and was in private practice in Augusta for one year while his wife completed her residency. He is board certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Self joined the Children's Clinic Professional Association in 1995. He is on active staff at Jackson Madison County General Hospital and on the consulting staff at Methodist Lebonheur Hospital of Jackson.
